Delta robots are built for speed - three lightweight arms picking and placing faster than almost anything else on the floor. Our EOAT is engineered to keep up with it: light enough not to rob the robot of its pace, tough enough to survive the line it runs on.

We fit around how you already operate. We're not tied to a particular robot brand - we build around what the application, speed, and payload actually need.
Supplying EOAT for a delta robot you've already got running.
Working alongside your system integrator, supplying the EOAT while they handle the wider cell.
Delivering the full package - robot, EOAT, and cell - as one turnkey solution.

Delta robots look different for a reason. Instead of one arm with a motor at every joint, a delta robot has three lightweight arms, all driven by motors fixed to a stationary base above the workspace. Nothing heavy ever moves. Only the light arms and the small platform they carry do.
That's the whole trick behind the speed. Less moving mass means faster acceleration and faster deceleration, cycle after cycle, without losing accuracy. It's why you'll see them nicknamed spider robots, and why they dominate high-speed picking on food, pharmaceutical, and packaging lines around the world.

If a delta robot's whole advantage is low moving mass, then heavy, over-engineered tooling defeats the point. Every gram on the end effector is a gram the robot has to accelerate and decelerate, thousands of times an hour.
So our EOAT for delta robots is designed light without being fragile: strong enough to survive the production environment, light enough to not rob the robot of the speed it's built for.
Many delta applications also add a fourth rotating axis to the end effector, letting it turn a part into the right orientation as it places it. We build for that too.

We've supplied a delta robot with an additional rotating axis, opening and closing the EOAT to pick straight from the production line and place directly into boxing. Fast, repeatable, and running exactly the way it was designed to.
We've got video of it in operation. Ask and we'll show you.
We work across the delta payload range, from 0.5kg up to 15kg.
Delta robots aren't the answer to every job. They're built for light, fast, repetitive work over a small area, not heavy loads or complex reorientation. If you're not sure whether delta fits your process, or which robot does, we can help with robot selection. And if you're not sure what the finished cell will look like or how it'll actually run, we simulate it during the design process so you can see it before it's built.

Every detail about your product, your process, and your constraints - before design work starts. Nothing about the brief gets assumed; if a spec sheet or drawing leaves a question unanswered, we ask it now rather than guessing later.
We attend sites to look at the real-life scenario, not just drawings and data sheets. Seeing the actual line, the actual part, and the actual space it has to fit into catches the details a spec sheet alone never would.
We stay close to you throughout, so the product stays the priority, not just hitting a deadline. Bespoke EOAT, engineered for your application, built for the long run, without ever robbing the robot of the speed it's built for.
