The workhorse of industrial automation. We design EOAT for 6-axis robots handling press transfer, palletising, welding and machine tending - matched to your exact wrist flange, payload and duty cycle.

Every EOAT we build is bespoke. No off-the-shelf compromises. It's designed and built to the highest standard, for the job in front of us. We're proud of what we supply, and we work closely with every customer to make sure the product itself stays the priority.
For four years we've been supplying bespoke EOAT solutions, building a reputation for tooling that's built to last. Quality is in everything we do.

A six-axis robot has six degrees of freedom, giving full control over both position and orientation. It can approach a part from above, from the side, at an angle, or reach around and behind obstacles in the cell. For processes where the part has to be handled through a changing orientation, not just moved from A to B, that articulation isn't a nice-to-have - it's the reason six-axis is the right tool for the job over simpler robot types.
That articulation only pays off if the EOAT keeps up with it. Our EOAT is designed so the robot program can move the solution with ease, whatever the orientation, without fighting the tooling to get there. Every joint, cable route and mounting point is thought through so the robot can do what six-axis is there to do.

We supply EOAT across a huge range of industries, from super-hygienic food and FMCG environments through to some of the harshest conditions out there, including brick works. Wherever your process sits on that spectrum, the EOAT has to survive it.
That's why every design starts with longevity and ease of maintenance in mind. An EOAT that looks good on day one isn't the goal - one that's still doing its job, with minimal downtime, years in, is.
We're not tied to a particular robot brand. We work with the end user to understand what they actually need, then supply a system built around those requirements, whether that's in the UK or overseas.
Supplying EOAT to suit robots and systems you've already got in place, retrofitted into an existing cell.
We design and build the EOAT, your system integrator handles the wider integration - clean handover, no overlap.
Robot, EOAT and cell, delivered as one package - a single point of contact from concept to commissioning.
That's exactly where we can help. If you're not sure which robot fits your process, we can help with robot selection. And if you're not sure what the finished solution will look like or how it will actually work in practice, we simulate it during the design process, so you can see it before it's built.

Every detail about your product, your process, and your constraints - before design work starts.
We attend sites to look at the real-life scenario, not just drawings and data sheets.
We stay close to you throughout, so the product stays the priority, not just hitting a deadline. Bespoke EOAT, engineered for your application, built for the long run.
